Cảm biến áp suất chân không là một loại cảm biến áp suất có chức năng ở đầu chân không của áp suất. Mục đích chính của cảm biến áp suất chân không là theo dõi trạng thái chân không và mở hoặc đóng kết nối khi có sự thay đổi về mức độ chân không.
